Helen is a Qualified Professional Market Researcher and an Accredited Statistician. She has a MAppSc (SocStats) from Swinburne University of
Technology, a BA from the University of Melbourne, and a Certificate of Engagement. Helen is a member of the Australian Market & Social
Research Society, the Statistical Society of Australia, the Australasian Evaluation Society and the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2).
Jon has an MSc from the University of Birmingham and BSc (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.
Bartley Consulting offers independent, specialist services in market and social research evaluation, and community engagement.
These services cover the research, evaluation and engagement design, delivery, project management and and strategic reporting.
